AMOXISOL® LA

AMOXISOL® LA Composition:

Each mL contains:
Amoxicillin (as trihydrate) 150 mg.
Excipients qs 1 mL.

Description and indications:

It is a widely known antibiotic product: Amoxicillin,
semi-synthetic penicillin of the 2nd generation with a broad spectrum of action against gram positive and gram negative germs.

Amoxisol LA is indicated in cattle, sheep, goats, pigs, canines and felines for the treatment of infections in:
* Respiratory
tract
* Digestive tract * Skin
* Urogenital tract
* Control of post-surgical infections
Caused by bacteria such as: Actinobacillus sp., Actinomyces bovis, Bacillus
anthracis, Bordetella bronchiseptica, Clostridium sp., Corynebacterium sp.,
Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae, Escherichia coli, Haemophilus sp., Pasteurella sp.,
Proteus mirabilis, Salmonella sp, Streptococcus sp. and Staphylococcus sp.

AMOXISOL® LA Route of Administration and dosage:

Apply 15 mg per Kg of body weight (equivalent to 1 mL per 10 Kg
of body weight) repeat if necessary after 48 hours.
Cattle: 450 Kg – 45 mL.
Sheep and Goats: 65 Kg – 6.5 mL.
Pigs: 150 Kg – 15 mL.
Canines: 20 Kg – 2 mL.
Felines: 5 Kg – 0.5 mL.

Cattle, sheep, goats, pigs inject only intramuscularly.
Canines and Felines inject subcutaneously or intramuscularly.

Withdrawal time:

Meat: 21 days after the end of the treatment.
Milk: 60 hours after the end of the treatment.
