Indications:
Enhanced Veterinary Pentabiotic is indicated for the following conditions:
diarrhea (Escherichia spp, Salmonella spp, Proteus spp), mastitis (Streptococcus spp, Bacillus spp, Escherichia spp, Staphylococcus spp, Pasteurella spp, Corynebacterium spp), actinomycosis (Actinomyces spp) (Bacillus spp, Clostridium spp), tuberculosis (Mycobacterium spp), rhinitis (Escherichia spp, Corynebacterium spp, Pasteurella spp, Pseudomonas spp), pneumonia (Pasteurella spp, Haemophilus spp, Pneumococcus spp, Streptococcus spp), meningitis (Streptococcus spp, Leishmania spp), leptospirosis (Leptospira spp), vibriosis (Campylobacter spp), arthritis (Streptococcus spp), abortions (Leptospira spp, Listeria spp, Actinobacillus spp, Staphylococcus spp, Pasteurella spp), erysipelas (Erysipelothrix spp).
Pentabiotico® Reinforced Veterinary can be used in cattle, horses, sheep, goats, pigs, dogs and cats.

REINFORCED VETERINARY PENTABIOT Posology and method of use:
For cattle and horses: use the mean dose of 5 mL for 100 kg live weight, which corresponds to 12,000 IU of penicillins per kg and 5 mg of streptomycin and dihydrostreptomycin per kg. For sheep, goats and pigs: use the mean dose of 6 ml per 100 kg live weight, which corresponds to 14,400 IU of penicillins per kg and 6 mg of streptomycin and dihydrostreptomycin per kg.
Preparation of suspension and route of application: The suspension should be made at the time of application with the full volume of the diluent, which vial accompanies the vial with the powder. Apply the injection intramuscularly deep by pulling the plunger before injecting the medication, to make sure that no blood vessel has been reached.

Grace period and precautions:
Attention: obey the following grace periods – cattle, goats and sheep. Slaughter: the slaughter of animals treated with this product should only be carried out 30 days after the last application.
Milk: Milk of animals treated with this product should not be intended for human consumption until 4 to 5 days after the last application of the product. Pigs and horses. Slaughter: the slaughter of animals treated with this product should only be carried out 30 days after the last application.
Contraindications: allergy to penicillin and nephritis with functional loss greater than 75%. Precautions: Anaphylactic shocks in animals resulting from penicillin are rare, however, the veterinarian should be aware of the possibility of occurrence.
